Paid Accommodation. We will reimburse you the cost of one week's accommodation to the value of £250 after 500 hours of work through us.
Full funding of an enhanced CRB. Once you arrive in the UK, we will complete a mandatory criminal records check at no cost to you.
Free Airport Pick-Up. When you arrive in the UK, we will have you collected from the airport and taken to your accommodation.
Bank Assistance. We will help you set up a bank account so there are no delays with your pay.
National Insurance Assistance. We'll provide you with a letter confirming your employment so that you can get an NI number - you need this before you can start work.
Referral Bonus. Refer a qualified social worker to us who works 500 hours and you will receive a £250 bonus.
Assistance in Reducing your Tax. We will give you advice on how to reduce your tax as a temporary worker.
Free BASW Membership. We'll enrol with the British Association of Social Workers, giving you access to their monthly magazine and web site for ongoing information on UK legislation, policy and other social work issues.
Free London Survival Guide. We will give you a guide on all the critical facts about moving and settling in to a new city.
Ongoing Support. We will visit you regularly and keep in contact throughout your stay, assisting with any problems or issues and developing an effective working relationship. We also organise social evenings on a quarterly basis, giving you the opportunity to meet other overseas social workers.
